Obituary

Stanley J. Loeser, 93, devoted and loving husband of the late Gertrude nee Rudoy; loving father of Lawrence A. Loeser and Joanne L. Spielman; adoring grandfather “Poppy” of Tracy (Andrew) Sugar, Jacob and Alana Spielman; beloved, dear companion and best friend of his love, Cyrena “Dolly” Moline and her children, Rabbi Jack (Ann) Moline, Richard Moline (Joni Crounse) and Mindy (Marc) Botbol, her grandchildren, Jennie (Kevin) O’Holleran, Julia and Max Moline, Noah Moline (Livia Levine), Emilie (Scott) Berman, Rita and Sam Botbol, and her two great-grandchildren. Infinite gratitude to Nelia Ramirez for her wonderful and usurpassed care and devotion. A WWII Army Veteran and Bronze Star recipient, Stanley served in the South Pacific, 129th Combat Team, 37th Division. He was the former owner of Rubovits Cigars in the Board of Trade Building and a ten year volunteer at Evanston Hospital. Chapel service Tuesday, 1:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 9900 Gross Point Road, Skokie followed by interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to your favorite charity would be appreciated.
